From 2000 until his move to Kingston in 2005, Jean Bédard was a member of Canada’s most experienced Franchise Law firm, based in Toronto. During that time, he accumulated substantial experience in Franchise Law, providing a wide range of services to franchisors, such as drafting or reviewing franchise documents and disclosure documents, and to franchisees, assisting them in acquiring or selling franchised businesses, and resolving disputes with their franchisor.
